I was actually in a class once where a girl asked if blue balls were genetic. Apparently there is a genetic condition called blue penis, and she asked if blue balls was a genetic condition also. The place erupted into laughter, and the professor said he didn't know what it was and asked for a volunteer to explain it. Finally someone just said "it's related to abstinence." Needless to say, the rest of that class was wasted time.
