765$ total for the apartment (apartment does not lease individual rooms), but rent will be split between two or three people depending on your preference...i am going to link to a previous posting that has specific details. Leased under Concord Apartments management, two bedrooms available One bedroom is a large master bedroom the other is a smaller, but sizeable room in a top floor apt . The rent is 765$ total and the total rent per roomate will be negotiated. The rent for February has been paid in full so you get a free months rent if you move in during the month. Im very laid back and either at work or working out during the week. Very cool and very social i like to chillax. Also if you have a pet, pet deposit has already been paid. All you have to pay is the 25 dollar application fee, there is a background ,rental history, employment verification, and credit check for each roommate and the complex does the check quickly and gets back to you as soon as possible. Rent will be negotiated among the two or three roomates. Utilities will be split evenly. Now, I was orginally my preference to have 2 roomates and to make the master bedroom 285/month and the normal one 240. However I am also interested in having a single roomate with the price of the apt and utilities split in half, using the third room as a common area OR just letting you have it, and negotiating the price.
About the rooms and living space!:
Huge living room furnished with a couch and thats about it, so you can bring all the stuff you want! The maser bedroom is very large and has its own full private bath with a garden tub, 2 full walk in closets with lighting, a ceiling fan with lighting, and a large sunny window.
A large deck with large sliding door facing the woods and NOT somebody's window
fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, in-sink waste disposal LOTS of cupboard and pantry space, and a large fridge.
Washer and Dryer connections, currently renting washer an dryer units through the complex (30 per month)
The smaller room has a large sunny window and a shallow walk in closet, it is not small by any means but smaller than the master and the bath will be shared with myself
The place is large and spacious as a whole!
About me!
I am a 23 year old male who just graduated from NC state in may of 2007 with a degree in Natural Resources with a minor in horticulture...I actually own a lot of houseplants and ones that i am keeping inside during winter.
In school i threw shotput, discus, and hammer and was pretty good 
I work in research triangle park at a agricultural biotechnoloy company called Syngenta, I was a temporary employee from May-October...applied for and got a full-time position in November as a greenhouse scientist.
After work I typically hit the gym up at the worksite, THEN i go to downtown durham to train at a mixed martial arts gym which i have been doing since december, i get home around 9:30-10 most nights, as you can imagine i like to veg out on the couch once i get home and watch TV
I am somewhat of a big sports fan, but im not a diehard. I watch football and MMA mainly. I am a quiet roomate but i have a voice that kinda projects lol.
I keep my living spaces clean and as of now I am trying to be more of a cook than a fast food consumer.
As far as company, i typically visit rather than have visitors i dont know why thats just how ive always been! I do not mind company and you would not have to worry about warning me if you have people over
I do not smoke (ANYTHING) and I dont drink at the house much. I have 3 beers in the fridge that ive had for 3 months (i even moved them from my old place to this one)
I do however, like to have a good time...guess i am a social drinker
About Concord Apartments: Well kept, good mix of neighbors (students, older tenants, families, children) Will pay for garbage pickup You can rent Washer and Dryer Units, as well as garage space 24 hour fitness center and raquetball courts, laundry room Rentable clubhouse close to glenwood avenue and RBC Center/Tha Carter...Shopping centers gas stations, FOOD all within a mile or two...even Crabtree Mall Business center One thing that we must make clear is that you arent leasing a room under me, the apartment is paid for with one check to the complex...so that means that I will not be setting guidelines for the household, we would work together and communicate. So dont think that I have any rules or anything because it aint my place to make them!
