After a brief Red vs White game to get the crowd excited, team Epileptic Mice accepted the challenge of a looney toon team nearby. Facing a team with a superior height advantage, Yoshiemaster, JTMONEYNCSU, and ReceiveDeath were forced to step up on defense and use their speed and strength to gain the upper hand in the battle for best 2 out of 3.

After struggling on defense in Game 1, the Epileptic Mice were able to establish their presence under the basket in Game 2. Sinking one jumper after another, ReceiveDeath gave the Epileptic Mice an early lead. The loonies responded with a few baskets of their one, moving the ball inside to one of their two big men to put up the easy layup. After a few more adjustments, the Epileptic Mice found their rhythm and were able to cut off the passing lane, and forced the loonies to take more outside shots. On the offensive end, Yoshiemaster and JTMONEYNCSU were able to connect on multiple successive back door passes which sealed the win for the Epileptic Mice.

Game 3 got off to a slow start for the team from TWW, North Carolina. Though the two teams were neck and neck for the first half of the game, the Epileptic Mice were unable to take advantage of certain key moments in the game for a blowout win. A persistent defense was able to save the team from a loss, and the epileptic mice turned to ReceiveDeath and Yoshiemaster on the offensive end to finish the game.

The Epileptic Mice take a day's rest on Tuesday February 26 to post on TWW and complete their webassign before returning to the courts on Wednesday where they hope to recruit a few more players.

um, if i remember correctly it was me, going 1v3 on rebounds

I'm 5'9" and usually have to guard the best player no matter the height where I play... usually I give a few inches but can hold my own with quickness.

If you guys are still playing in a year around State, I'll be down to play when I move back. No one in Raleigh that I played with would play as consistently as I'd like (I play like 3-4 times a week at this point). I'd like to find a gym with an indoor court in Raleigh or Cary to lift/play at the same place but I don't know of any. Anyone?

sure, i'll still be around in a year.

donno about any place with an indoor court + lift equipment.... but give it a year and we may find a place.
