I am moving out of my apartment at Village Green on Lake Wheeler (right off I-40) soon, and am looking for someone to take over the lease. Trying to find someone who will take over May 1st at the latest, and as early as April 1st if they want. It is 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Rent is $450 a month, and the lease is up at the end of July, but you will have the option to extend it for another year if you want. There will also be a $200 fee and a $200 deposit that you will get back whenever you leave. Rent includes all utilities (water, electric, high speed internet, cable tv) and the apartment is fully furnished. There is also a clubhouse with a fitness center, computer lab, pool table, etc. The apartment has a shuttle to NC State in the Spring and Fall.
