And by "gym" I mean Carmichael. Anyone tried those out yet? My PE instructor said "they know what they're doing" and it does seem to be a pretty good deal.

it's like 50 dollars for an hour. They also have personal trainers in the new rec-center.

We can not accept monetary tips. The best "tip" you can give us is referrals to our program and making massage therapy part of your healthy lifestyle.... "

MillerMotte School on Walnut in Cary does $20/hr...the one in Wilmington I have always been very impressed with, but haven't tried this one. Same massage, a whole lot cheaper...I think I'll go this week, on that note...

I should charge money to teach people to use a foam roller and tennis balls.

Massages? What the hell. We wait forever for this place and they're setting up massage sessions, but completely ignore some of the problems that have been plaguing the gym for years. I.E. the cluster fuck that happens every night with free-weight equipment and the basketball courts.

How about the fact that they got rid of the only power rack? Or did the new section get some? I doubt it.
