not banned from Live... not even sure how that works, but he still gets on Live.

One of the controllers is wireless, the other is wired..

It's hooked up to an HD TV but I'm not sure if he's using HDMI, I'll ask him.

and by "him" I mean, it's my brother's and I'm selling it for him.

Has never been sent back to Microsoft... He had another one and it crapped out (red light syndrome), but instead of sending it to Microsoft, it was soon enough to get a new one from Best Buy, so this is basically new...
