Anyone know of a good place to look for 1 bedroom apartments near campus that aren't insanely expensive?

Ivy Commons off of Western is usually pretty highly recommended. They're between $450 and $500 a month for a one bedroom, and pretty spacious bedroom and closets too. I liked them a lot when I looked at them last year. They have all appliances included as well as a balcony/enclosed patio. I think there is a waiting list now (though there wasn't when I looked in August). Also, even though the website says "luxury apartments" they aren't. They're built in the 1980s, but well kept, just not luxury.

I second Ivy Commons...been here for two years. Quiet, no bugs, fast maintenance crew.
