Waited on hold forever with DMV...
Car is registered to parents, who live in California. I have the title here in NC. Is it possible for me to sell this car without my parents having to do anything? Thanks TWW.  3/24/2008 10:37:10 AM

nope, its gonna be complicated, either the title will have to be notarized in california with the registered owner present, or you will have to have the title transferred to you, then get a nc title, then sell it 3/24/2008 10:38:31 AM |

If you know someone that is a notary it won't be a problem and you can just sign their names
