I did some checking and there is a product called Open Office that will run on your machine and it is free. It works with all versions of Windows. I use it on my lunix system at home and it reads and saves MS files with no problem. I have not tried it under any Windows opreating system. It is can be found at
http://www.openoffice.org/.
You might want to try it. If any of you have had experience with Open Office under Windows, give me some feedback and I will pass it on. Dr. Petersen" |

It amazes me how so many people don't realize that trial versions are limited. I've dealt with dozens of people who thought that the trial version their computer had on it was somehow a full version they payed for then bitched and moaned when their software "broke" and wouldn't do things. Jesus Christ, read people. READ WORDS AND COMPREHEND THEM! 3/26/2008 8:23:45 PM |
