lots of places do 3 month leases and most places will go month to month after your lease runs out, but idk where you will find a place to move into going month to month from the beginning
and it's a bunch more per month for short term leases, would prolly be better just to find someone to sublease from for that time.

there are furnished corporate apartments in brier creek that do very short term leases. but i believe they're pricier than what you're probably looking for. 5/5/2008 1:13:11 PM |

the raleigh apts might. i think you have to pay a little higher rent than you would if you just went into a lease. but theres a waitlist there. that other place next to the raleigh apts that is managed by the same co might too. 5/5/2008 2:22:38 PM |

Look for something away from campus, anything that might have corporate tennants usually has opportunities for 3-mo leases! 5/5/2008 5:58:49 PM |

no leasing offices will. if you can find someone who owns a condo they'll usually have openings over the summer and are more willing to work with you to fill the empty rooms than a leasing office would. 5/5/2008 7:38:19 PM |

^^ there are several leasing offices that will look up korman communities, i know they arrange corporate leases but i think they are fairly pricey. also, the ashborough at crossroads does monthly leases but it will be $texas right now i'm researching places to stay since my lease ends july 31st like every other college apartment and summer school runs through august 12th. 5/5/2008 11:49:42 PM |
