What would be considered a normal increase in apartment rent? My complex just sent us a letter telling us that the rate would increase when we renew our lease and the increase was about 10%. That seems like a lot. Any thoughts? This is in the Morrisville/RTP area.  4/4/2008 6:02:13 PM
