I am moving at the beginning of May and need someone to sublet my room. You can move in as early at May 4th! The apartment complex is Centennial Village, located on the corner of Avent Ferry and Gorman. The Wolfline stops RIGHT in front of my building!
Great location if you are taking summer classes!
My room is very large! You can fit a queen/full size bed, a desk, two nightstands and a T.V. stand! LOTS OF SPACE! Private bathroom is very large! Everything in great condition!
Washer and dryer in the apartment! All kitchen appliances included!
I am pretty flexible with the lease. You can sign beginning in May and stay until July 31st, or you could sign for June 1 and stay until July 31st. Female roommate preferred. Rent is $390/mo. with a discount for May. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED!
