that's pretty much what happened to me...

i stopped eating fried fast food regularly about 2-3 years ago...now if i eat it, it just wrecks havoc on my system

and really...at this point all those commercials make me kinda sick (especially the ones where it's like a hamburger with tater tots and eggs wrapped in a burrito roll)
