Current rent is $435 a month and it is going up again on April 15. But, you can have our apt for $400 a month per person!
We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. NEW carpet! NEW vinyl! NEW dishwasher! NEW water heater pump! Basically, you are moving into a brand new apartment.
