Townhouse is available from May 14th (negotiable) through the end of July. This is a 2-story end unit. Kitchen, dining room, half bath, and living room downstairs. Two bedrooms, each with personal bathroom upstairs. The unit also has a washer/dryer unit.

The rent is $500 total + utilities. This is a great deal for anyone who needs a place to stay for the summer or would like to live in Avery Close when class resumes in the fall. You would have the option of taking over our lease at the end of the summer and not have to pay a security deposit. No pets or smokers please.
