I'd support a fat tax if it taxed food itself. For any ready-made food (fast food, resturants, ready-to-eat foods, excluding most grocery store items that arent ready-to-eat) there should be a $20 tax per 1 kilogram of fat. That would effectively make that taco hell box cost $1 more. Either mcdees and TB make their food a little healthier, or charge more, or they go out of business.
