I'm MSHA certified. I had to sit through three 8 hour classes to learn all of the rules. It was pretty stupid and boring. The instructor could have explained in 5 minutes what to do. Steel toe boots, utility light on, flag up, have a fire extinguisher, cock wheels, e-brake on, no broken glass on vehicle. That's about all you need to know to avoid getting a ticket.
