I'm posting this for a co-worker. He needs a room from around May ~12th - Mid/Late August. PM or Post, thanks.

Im leaving my room around then and the lease runs out around August.

Its $230 a month plus about another 100 for bills, sharing a bathroom with another guy. The room is pretty small but obviously the rent is really cheap. O yea its at the Apartments at Westgrove (across from the $1.50 theatre)

I have a huge room for rent available May 1st.

It is 11.5x20.
