Posting this for my next door neighbor.... He is staying but one roomie was evicted and the other room has been empty a few months. Laid back people- Definitely throw the occasional party and enjoy a good night out-

Quiet neighborhood (with the exception of our house and this one for rent-lol) Would prefer student renters but whatevers clever. Current tenant is a student and works part time nights.

Moral of the story: Landlord is in his late 20's and letting us find tenants for the place as opposed to getting stuck with some random people who may/may not suck- Want to find someone fun, laid back, outgoing, yet takes care of their shit and pays rent.

Rent will be $350+ utilities....per room-
Lease terms are relatively flexible

Henslowe Drive- Off lake wheeler just after Sierra if coming from Farmers Market. Pretty decent location with access to 40/440 less than a mile, and right around the corner from both campus and crossroads.

so is the guy still planning on living there next year or is he just staying through the summer? i'm trying to find a 3 bedroom house with 2 other guys, so if the place opened up after july then i'd like to look into living there next year.
