im more scared cause my townhouse is one of the first ones built in greeensboro supposedly (70s?)

even my boss needed to come pick me up for a road trip one morning, he was like WOW DUDE I LIVED IN THIS BUILDING LIKE 40 YEARS AGO and showed me a tree he planted. (that sounds bad, he's not that old)
