If you don't have a job making more than 35K lined up.... don't do it. 35K = $400 a week.

Sucks ass when you can make that bar tending two nights a week, or one night in some places.

how do you get that? 400 * 52 = 20,800

35000 = 7825 + 27175

7825 * 0.10 = 782.50
27175 * 0.15 = 4076.25

4076.25 + 782.50 = 4858.75

35000 - 4858.75 = 30141.25 != 20800

35k is about 500 a week after taxes if you're single and have no exemptions/deductions.

My apologies, I was using $32,500. Which on my paychecks amounted to $437.08, which is the average I was making 2 nights a week bar tending.

I tell you, I'd like to be making $40K. I think it's right around $675 a week. That would allow me to do more of the things I would like to do. Investing, pay off debt, newer vehicle, etc.
