I have a few rooms that are opening up for the summer and need sub-leases filled for the summer and possibly for the rest of the year, depending on the circumstances. This is an early post to see if I can find anyone that would be potentially interested in sub leasing for the summer. I can give the major details to anyone that replies to this in a PM to me. I'll give a basic breakdown of the house conditions.

The house is 3 minutes walking distance from Thompkins hall, just a few houses down on Chamberlain Street.
GoPakk Bazaar, El Rodeo and all the other food joints on Hillsborough St. are 1 minutes walking distance.
7 bedroom/3 full bathrooms.
There are (not sure if my roommates have anyone lined up because they haven't mentioned any, but as far as I know) 4 available rooms for rent, all decently sized and you can pretty much do what you want to them.
Rent is $1500 total, split 7 ways equally for $215 ($214.29 if you'll nitpick, I know someone will on a post) and utilities run another + $40-$70, depending on other variables. The rooms are not on individual leases so you must be reliable financially (something we'll look for).
Washer/Dryer in house.
Plenty of parking space.
Central AC/heating needs work (summer landlord project) but all rooms have windows for a unit.

PM if you are interested. I can set up a date if you want to come by to check the place out or if you want more details on the rooms. Everyone I live with is pretty chill and the landlord is nice and not terribly anal.
