I hate this guy so much, he is what is wrong with politics. He is such a Clinton hack spin doctor apologist, its pathetic to even hear him talk. I mean there could be a video of Hillary clubbing a child and eating his brains, and Lanny F'ing Davis would be there to spin it in a positive manner. The Clintons must have paid him well to sell his soul to them. I mean there are spin doctors and hacks on each side, who no matter what their guy does they will not criticize them, but Lanny F'ing Davis takes the cake. He takes it to a new level, its really pathetic. This guy is the king douche in American politics....hell he even looks like a douche. The big right wing radio guys have been very critical of Bush n McCain lately, some of the key issues are: the border, immigration, global warming socialist policies, spending, the size of government and how the GOP has lost its way.

^^ there was a call a week or so ago on Rush's show. A caller begged him to say some positive things about McCain. Rush responded with like a half minute of dead air. Yes this is a McCain supporter. Get a clue. Rush is purely interested in making the dems self-destruct. This is made clear by the title of the operation, "Chaos". If you listen it never really involves anything but tearing down the left. How can we build up the right with no leadership? McCain's mr. cap and trade himself.

Don't mistake Rush's typical optimism for implicit support. The election to Rush is more or less like deciding which of three flaming piles of dog crap to step in.

^ interesting... It's easy for me (now) to say "How in the Hell did we elect this guy -- twice???" ... But when i think back, i was in no way enthusiastic about the choices in 2000 and 2004. I basically held my nose and voted for Kerry in '04, and I would have actually voted McCain in '00 had he won the nomination.

back to the OP: unfortunately, i don't know anything about Lanny Fucking Davis. can you link some writings of his, or articles where he is quoted? i do agree, he looks rather douchey.... but i need more than that to convict.

Rush probably just feels like a lot of us do- McCain is the best choice of the potential candidates, but not a candidate you actually support strongly. maybe one day I'll get to vote for a candidate I like, not against the one that seems the worst choice. the current field is sure not impressing me.
