I'm moving and don't want to take all of this with me. In my gallery are photos of the furniture I have for sale. You are responsible for moving them and I need them gone ASAP, by Memorial Day at the very latest. The items are as follows:

Dining set: Dining room table w/4 side chairs and 2 arm chairs- all with cream cushions. Table has removable leaf so you can seat 2 people, 4 people or 6 people. China hutch with mirrored back, 2 interior lights, glass shelves for display, plate section (?) and wine storage in bottom half. I believe this separates into two pieces for easier transporting and if I recall, the legs come off the table for easier transporting. Bidding starts at $600.

Living room set: Pale blue, white, and pale green striped Basset furniture. Overstuffed love seat, two large over stuffed chairs, one matching ottoman, one end table, and one console table. Seersucker fabric, stain treated. Very "beachy." Starts at $600.

Dresser and nightstand: solid wood, drawers, pretty basic. Some damage to top of nightstand from not using a coaster but they are quality pieces. Could be freshend up with some new handles. Starts at $125 for set.

All pictures are in gallery. I realize that this isn't the best avenue to sell the more expensive items, but I need the money and I need it gone since we're moving. Thanks!

Good luck on this. I work for a company that deals with the used furniture market, and the average price is about 20% of cost for retail. Closer to 5% for brokerage. Furniture, unless an antique, drops ridiculously in value.

the living room furniture really hasn't even been used. i bought it two years ago for my formal living room when we moved in but we never use that room, so it's been sat on maybe a total of 4-5 times.
