There are some pretty good one-line tips there. I used the credit card example line the other day-"what reason do I have to stay with you"... It can be used in a lot of different situations. I don't like what they said about calling the sales line to get customer service, though. It works I'm sure, but I bet it starts to piss off salespeople after a while.
