We're three undergrads looking for a fourth roommate for a house located in Boylan Heights. Rent will be $1195 a month split four ways, which makes it about $300 a month plus utilities. The deposit is one months rent, so it is also about $300. The house is really cute inside...wood floors, washer and dryer included, spacious kitchen, fireplace, front porch. It also has a pretty large backyard with plenty of trees.

^^^ not sullivan. we only had 1 shower for 8 girls and in general only 1 working toilet at a time.
