I'm looking for somewhere online that I can order dress shirts from and that ships internationally. I live in Japan and the clothing shops suck here. Has anyone ever used a good site that they can recommend.

I remember hearing or reading about an article about hong kong or singapore bespoke tailors that compared to lonon in quality and style (and of the same tradition) but were at a fraction of the price

Do you live over there but work for a US company? If so, maybe you can order shirts from a normal outlet like Brooks Brothers and then have them ship the shirts to your company. Then your company can ship them to you.

Hong Kong is a possibility, but I just don't have $400 to spend on a ticket there right now.

My company isn't american, so that doesn't work. Any other ideas?

Buy the shirts online and have them shipped to your friend/momma/brother. Get them to ship to you.

That is how supply chains work or something.

Dude, seriously go to hong kong or thailand when you have a chance. You get a great value for the money and they will keep your measurements on hand. You can just order more shirts later on.

Try Nordstroms. They have an in house brand that I prefer to Brooks Brothers (but I am a girl).

I concur but if you are not overweight then get the slim fit or "custom fit" cuts. I am 5'11 185 and there is still too much material on the sides unless I get their slim fit shirts.

I get all of my dress shirts custom tailored from http://www.execshirts.com.

They actually make them in thailand, so maybe they wont have a problem shipping them to hong kong.
