Who has gotten one or has one ordered? My wife wanted one for Mothers Day, so I ordered one for her from Walmart. Had a $10 gift card that came with, and I had a gift card from the whole Super Smash Brothers pricing fiasco, so I used that.

They had an issue with the gift card that came with it, so they gave me that off the price of the Fit. So mine is arriving tomorrow for a total price of $87.90 after Walmarts two screwups. Can't fuss too much about that.

MSRP is like $89.99... how much were you paying on shipping?

Picked mine up at lunch. I've been putting off getting back to running now that I've been at a desk job for over 2 years instead of pacing the floors of Best Buy. I'm trying to decide if I'm going to be doing a daily routine in the morning before work or at night (leaning towards morning).

see, you're willing to spend $100(more if you dont even have a wii) to get in shape. you're willing to spend the time to do it on a video game.

but you wont get off your lazy butt and go for a jog around the neighborhood.

all this because you can do it without leaving the house..

I actually have martial arts training four days a week, so this would just be on top of that.

Went to best buy at lunch (baltimore/dc area) and they said they sold 40 of them in 5 minutes. People were lined up at 7am to get it.

These bitches are going to be tough to find for a while.

If you look on Amazon, right now people are asking about 150 for the bitches. Fuck that.

i ride my bike to work. i ride my bike around the neighborhood. i ride my bike on a trainer in my house. i was looking for variety.

played/exercised last night for about 20 mins, and although i had heard it was actually workout, i still severely underestimated it. i found out my balance sucks. lol i really like it and it definitely got my heart pounding and me drenched in sweat. i paid $90 for mine (well actually i traded in a few games and paid $40 for it). a gym membership here is $46 a month. 2 months and it's paid for, and i don't have to leave my house, go to a stinky gym, or have anybody watch me.

it's worth it to me, and a coworker of mine decided today to get a wii and wii fit. we're going at lunch. there are some in stock in rocky mount.

Seriously? What the fuck is wrong with you for trying a way to work out that you may like more? Jesus.

Oh yeah, because some people have bad knees and can't jog. Or because the idea of being able to work out at home without going to the gym is sometimes a whole lot better.

So, people that have it, is it fun? Like do you enjoy doing the exercises? I'm curious but that price is a bit steep.

Hmmm.

My roommate wants to get this. She doesn't own a Wii, but I do (she'd use mine).

I currently can't run right now b/c of a knee injury and pay $80/month for a gym so maybe this would be something good to look into!

yes, it's very fun. you can choose the difficulty and length of the exercise, so if you get bored really quick you can switch and do something completely different every few minutes. there's a lot of different activities and they're all pretty good. i've only used it once so far but it's fun and i'm sure it's worth it. i definitely recommend it if there is a chance you'll use it on a regular basis.

i was telling a coworker about it today and she wanted to buy a wii for a long time now but just couldn't justify it. we called around to every video game selling store in rocky mount and roanoke rapids (where she lives)...found 2 wiis at walmart in nashville and 1 wii fit at gamestop in roanoke rapids. yay!!

skiing is a lot harder than I thought it'd be, I guess my balance sucks. Can't wait to unlock everything. I really wish they had included a measurement for body fat percentage along with, or even in lieu of body mass index. The last thing I need to do is lose weight, so tracking BMI doesn't really motivate me as much

It arrived today, but I left the fucker at my office. My wife was about ready to execute me when I came home without it, but I had remembered my new XM Inno unit.

I like how it remembers your trends and automatically ups your reps and doesn't continually repeat the instructions on exercises you've already done.

I finally had time to play mine today...It was fun and the different games are interesting. You can really focus on waht you want to work on. My balance was actually a lot better than I thought it was going to be, but those games are really fun.

I think the best part is that it tells you how to stand and if you are doing something wrong, because at home just working out you don't have that coach to let you know. Worth the money in my opinion.

I went about 8 different places yesterday looking for one and they were all sold out. Most salesmen said they would not receive another shipment until Mid-June.

This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. You aint gonna get fit playing a video game. You need to goto the gym and keep your heart-rate up for an hour and a half. This is the stupidest idea I've ever heard of.
