I've signed a lease at another complex and need to get out of my either July/August 08-July 09 lease at Campus Crossings. It's in a 3 bedroom apartment with two male roommates, both Juniors at NCSU. The complex is just 8 minutes from main campus and has a bus that runs every 15 minutes between the complex and campus from 7am-7pm. Everything is included in the rent, and I mean everything. The apartment has full utilities, full furniture, full kitchen, cable, internet, everything! All you pay is the 520 to the complex and you're good to go. Complex amenities include pool, gym, game room, computer room, night security guard, and plenty of parking. They don't tow here so you don't have to worry about your friends getting towed every time they come over. Bumping it up. Only 520 for everything you need! The complex has everything you could want, and the shuttle is an awesome feature. Save on gas and keep the miles off your car!
