so I applied for a job 2 weeks ago. They emailed with:

"We've received your materials, and we'll start reviewing candidates 1-2 weeks from now. We generally begin with a phone interview & then invite the final 3 candidates into the studio for a face-to-face. However things turn out, we will get back to you to let you know what's happening."

Yesterday I saw that they reposted their job on craigslist. First off should I assume:

a: I wasn't a worthy candidate
b: they just didn't have enough candidates to move on to phone interviews, so I may still be in the running.

Which leads to my next question. Should I get in touch with them to follow-up and see what the status is since its been two weeks or wait some more to see if they get back in touch with me?

yeah, assume you are not worthy and move on to the next job posting.

the rule is usually if they havent called you within 72hrs, move on.

Lol, just call them if you can. I doubt being eager to get a job with them is a downside, especially if its been two weeks since you emailed them. Just tell them to be upfront with you about the decision, either way it goes.
