I've picked up something that's left me feeling exhausted, a bit short of breath, sort of confused/tunnel vision, and my temp is a bit up. Those are the only symptoms I've got so far but they're pretty debilitating right now (I'm a very active person).

What should I be eating/doing to get back in the game, coaches?

Alright, I'll get some OJ. But really, I take multivitamins and I'm fairly sure orange juice isn't the healthiest/most efficient way to get vitamin C.

Also, I asked about food/activities and I got 'orange juice', please don't troll me

I'm not trolling. It's just kind of silly to ask what activities you should do, isn't it?

What do most people do when they are sick? Pilates? Run a marathon? Go kayaking? Of course not... they rest. Just get some rest...

Vitamins C, B-complex, D, etc... it's a pretty good way. There is a lot of sugar, but it's good for you.

As long as you aren't nauseous, anything is fine. Whatever makes you feel better.
