Heres the details:

Split level home...

Upstairs:

3 rooms- 2 large bedrooms and then a smaller which could be used as bedroom, office,nursery, etc...
1 Full back with double sinks and full bath-tub-

Middle level:

U can do it over here---lol We've had our fair share of RAGERS over here which leads me to a point i never mentioned... The neighbors are all middle aged couples and cool as shit-

We had our place and the neighbors.... tore the fence down for the night- had 5 kegs, 2 full bars, a band playing, and about 300 people and not a single cop showed up...
