Found this in the house...For geographical reference, I live on the Outer Banks:
He was positioned beneath a floor lamp, and without the flash his body looked to be a more yellowish color, almost to the point of translucence.
Closest thing I've come to finding an ID on it was a spider called a golden silk orbweaver, though I couldn't tell in the light if the strands of the web were golden looking or not.

looks like a boat spider, u find em alot on docks and in stairwells and things like that they make messy ass webs and are pretty big
its not but it is similar, either way it is a totally harmless type of house spider i hope you didnt kill it theyre kinda cool
