at work we start the day by giving each other pounds when we first see them. even the admins have caught on to the greeting.

i work with a former NFLer, several former NCAA basketball and baseball players, and others such as former pro soccer, pro rugby, and Euro pro bballers. even our intern is a goalie at an SEC school. we also have a bunch of PhDs and a few MDs. there is a contingent that hits the gym together at lunch everyday, and a small group that plays pickup games with a bunch of dunkers and street ballers - and is able to hang with them if not beat them most of the time. oh, and i've given up trying to play golf with them because i am ashamed of my performance.

i guess you could say giving daps is something go-getters, winners, competitive, alpha folks do these days.

as for Fox news, they've made some strides by hiring Eric Bolling and some other smart people, but i'll be damned if that place isn't chock full of retards. i think they've handily revived a large portion of the Neanderthal phenotype.

ok, after watching it (which was hard to do... I squeeze my husbands hand three times.. I love you). geez.

No doubt they should have left that out of the teaser, but no one tried to explain that it was a terrorist gesture.

Do terrorist do that sort of thing? If they do so, then maybe it could be in the teaser.. but its seems like a real stupid thing to say. Although they probably have a study that shows anytime they say terrorist something.. people stay on the channel.

Does anyone seriously expect Fox to ever not lean to the right? Will their producers wake up one day and say "oh my god, we lean to right!!!" And i don't doubt there are many idiots there, but this is obviously a calculated incident by the people who run the place. They know they are doing something dumb, but i'm sure it entertains them, and it keeps their viewers watching.
