I want to make a simple PDF form that can be filled in, saved or printed.

The form I've created can be saved, however when printing only the fields appear, not the standard text on the PDF. This is really annoying when really I just need a simple damn form!

Yeah, I created the form using Adobe Acrobat which allowed me to add fields that could be written into. Then the form has to be "distributed" so that it can be opened in Adobe Reader and filled in appropriately.

I've e-mailed evan and hopefully he can help with solving this problem. I'd post the dang form on here but I know the Germans I work for would have a conniption, even though it doesn't contain any private information.

I've not heard any word back from evan, anybody else a wizard on this problem?

I really have hit my head against a brick wall trying to understand this.... wonder if I'll do something as scary as attempt to connect with Adobe directly!

Okay, found out what is wrong.

I used the

Text Box
which is under the
Comments and Markup
area of Adobe Professional, which you can't tell if you click it from the toolbar.

Is there a way to convert these text boxes to part of the document?
