^^^I've eaten it, not very good. They basically take those curly noodles that they have on the buffet, throw them on the pizza with some cheese and cook it.

I had the mac and cheese pizza at the one in Greensboro. It was the normal elbow macaroni noodles. I thought it was pretty good. Maybe they got lazy and used the spiral noodles.

The buffalo chicken was awesome though.

Actually, I like Milano's in Garner. Much cleaner facility (excluding the bathrooms), buffet is OFF THE CHAIN (dessert pizzas and cinnamon and icing stix, lot of various pizzas [thin crust and pan], etc.). LOVE IT. And the salad bar is reallllly good too. Might I add, it's really cheap. You can get all that at lunch buffet for $5.
