I saw him buy cabbage and beer from food lion once. I didn't know who he was at first...but something told me to keep a few feet back.

I almost made this thread 2 days ago.

I thought that his standing was limited to Western and Gorman, but then I saw him randomly on on Hillsborough.

Has anyone seen him ride the bike or is it more of a conversation piece for other homeless people?

I've seen him as far away as avent ferry and gorman. I use to live at the corner of Gorman and Jackson and he was in that area a lot.

this guy walked by my place in Lake Johnson Mews every day about 6 years ago and i never saw him get on the bike, but his hips are fucked up, so i assume the bike is a walking aid

tried to talk to him a few times, but we could never communicate
