speaking of, it is hard to get a genuinely spicy general tsaos these days...

most of the "order off the picture menu" chinese restaurants do not make it spicy at all..

it barely tastes different from sesame chicken.

i have to go to pei wei or pf changs to get it spicy

Nothing claimed to be spicy in an average Chinese place is really spicy....the only real spicy Chinese I ate was in 35 in Cary.
