Hey, I found a great place called West Village lofts in Durham like a mile from Duke University, where I work. It's $1020 for a two bedroom so i'm looking for someone to share the cost. The place looks great, it's the old tobbacco factory in a place called Brightleaf Square. Bars, restaurants...everything is right there. There's a pool, fitness center and a bunch of other things.

So $510 for each tenant, and what about the other bills? How much is gas/water/electricity?

Cable is actually included with the rent. They said utilities run probably around $60 in the summer and $100 in the winter. I'm not sure about water
