I trapped a kitty that had been hanging around our house for several months. We named him Zen and he already responds to his name. He is all fixed up now (felk/fiv negative, up to date on vaccines, and neutered). He has turned into a really sweet cat. He talks a lot and loves to weave in between your legs while you walk. He really likes other cats. My cats still aren't too fond of him but he doesn't fight back when they attack him. He probably shouldn't go to a home with crazy dogs b/c he will not hesitate to chase or smack a dog in the face. He is litter box trained and a really good eater. If we didn't already have 4 dogs and 3 cats, I would be pushing to keep him. I have pictures but they aren't good b/c he will not get away from me long enough to get a picture. He hasn't gotten into my lap yet but he doesn't like my dogs and I normally am surrounded by my dogs. If they are in their crates, he will come and lay near me but hasn't migrated to my lap. He is very playful and will walk around with me and purr and meow. If I go to pet him, he will roll over for me to rub his belly. He isn't big on being picked up but he is getting better. We have only had him a few weeks and he is a totally different cat then when we first got him.

I also recently got a new kitty foster. She is a medium hair, dilute calico with 3.5 legs. She is beautiful and freaking awesome. She would be a lap cat. I am gong to try to get videos and pics this week.

stubbs is freaking cool. I really like her. She is kind of shy but seems to really like me. I have asked the rescue what happened to her leg and haven't heard back.

Both Zen and Stubbs are really good cats. Zen has come a long way since I first got him. He doesn't like dogs though.

Update: Stubbs was adopted but we still have Zen. He has turned into a sweet sweet cat. He likes to be held and sleeps in the bed with us. He licks like a dog and plays like a ferret. He even likes his belly rubbed. He has gotten much better with the dogs and only smacks them if they get out of hand.
