My boss is trying to hire another person to our team. It is IT support for a medium sized office. The basic duties are general troubleshooting and new equipment setup. For qualifications I would say that you have to know your way around Microsoft XP pretty extensively. Its not a difficult job but you do have to know a good deal about computers. The environment is vary laid back and you dont have to know everything. If you work here you will learn tons as I have. An employment background is good but I wouldnt rule yourself out.
