Last Knoxville thread died. So I'm starting a new one...

I'm moving to Knoxville for grad school and going this weekend to look for places to live. Any recomendations?

I've been to Knoxville a bunch of times, but never to look for places or to experience night life. Any places to check out on Friday or Saturday night? What are good places to meet people?
