seriously, i have literally forgotten how I used to surf the internet without an RSS reader. If a website does not have an RSS feed, I simply won't go to it.

anyone not using a Reader is 1) wasting a lot of time by checking different sites, and 2) probably missing out on a lot because you can check a lot more sites in shorter time using a reader

of course..... Reader can also be a huge time sink as well, because you can get overwhelmed with feeds. I recently cut down from ~210 to 180 feeds (many of which are more or less dead) and still basically get the same amount of info because a lot of them duplicate each other, and I cut out some feeds that posted way too much but I didn't get enough out of - like 10-20 posts a day, only 1 or 2 of which I was interested in.
