I can't return to school this fall, and MUST find someone to re-lease my room in a 4 bedroom apartment at Wolf Creek Phase II. I'll pay your reservation fee ($200) and your application fee ($50). All you have to do is be ready to move in on August 15 and have the monthly rent of $469 (I'm told this is cheaper than you could a vacant room right now at Wolf Creek). Send me an e-mail and I'll give you the names/numbers/facebooks of your future roommates, if you wish. First come, first serve. So if you need a place, contact me ASAP!

Your monthly rent includes: private bathroom, full size bed, computer desk and chair, cable and internet, washer and dryer, and the living room and kitchen are furnished as well. Also included are water/sewer, trash, and your electricity bill will be a flat $30 a month.

I know there's mixed opinions about wolf creek here, but if you can put up with the crappy management once a month to pay your rent, the apartments in phase 2 are really nice. Furniture/cabinets/etc are all brand new for the phase 2 buildings. At least you'll have brand new stuff compared to the older run-down stuff you find in their other phase 1 apartments
