my guess based just on the color and texture is some kind of urethane.Does it "feel" like a hard plastic, or more like a REALLY rigid foam? If it "feels" foam-like at all, its almost definitely a urethan foam of some kind. If it "feels" like plastic (dense), then its probably a polyurethane plastic (again, just based on the color)
