Roommate needed beginning on Sunday, August 17th in N.E. Raleigh near Triangle Town Center Mall...
-House is 3bed / 2.

-Big bedroom (approx. 14ft. X 12ft.
) with walk-in closet
-Looking for a neat, mature, non-smoker and responsible person.
-$375 for rent plus 1/3 utilities. I also can give you the option of $450 includes rent and ALL utilities (water/sewer, electricty, wireless internet, HD satellite tv, washer/dryer, etc.). Almost all of my roommates like the $450 option because they just pay 1 check per month, they know their fixed cost each month, and it helps save money.
-No deposit needed. Just pay 1st month's rent before moving in and sign a lease term (3 month lease or more is fine).
-I'm a 27 yr.
old male (laid back, neat, very busy and out-going, non-smoker, not home much) and my other roommate is a male in his mid 20's (works a lot, not home much either, non-smoker)
-Would be sharing a bathroom with 1 male.
-5 minutes to 540 and Northern Wake Tech.
-10 minutes to Wake Forest and Knightdale, NC.
-10-15 minutes to 440 beltine.
-20 minutes to Downtown Raleigh.
-25 minutes to NC State.
