I just purchased a HP DV5T which has an Nvidia 9600M GT, but I dunno which GPU it uses.
I don't want the hassle of tech support or shipping it back if it is affected, so should I cancel now?

Run GPU-Z and look in the "GPU" box: http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

nope, not here yet. i've got 5 days to cancel/refuse the package. i've just read about the issue online. it makes me sad/mad that nvidia isn't owning up to the problem. no one knows how deep the rabbit hole goes. we just have to wait for the fallout.
what should i do? i haven't been able to find any info on it. 8/15/2008 8:28:29 PM |
