Our band is looking to transition into a new practice space, and while we're looking for a nice rehearsal room somewhere, we would like to go halfsies on a room with another group/band/whatever.

srsly tho - ample storage is the way to go for struggling bands(since you can't pay space rent by yourself, you're struggling), or the cotton mill...volume 11 is prolly way** out of your price range, but is nicely appointed.

funny you say that, we were actually in line to share a space at volume 11 with another band, but that fell through. It is pricey for just 1 band though.
