this would be such a good idea. the ones at kmart are LOCKED AWAY and other places are behind the counters...people dont want to go out and buy them so they go without, I guess. When kids turn 18 they should just be mailed a pack. Like protocol. And every immigrant coming across the border, too. Welfare and food stamps are a JOKE.

the government could subsidize Trojan or whoever to produce and distribute them. there could be a vending machine (at the mall, in schools, post office, pharmacy, movie theater) where you swipe your ID (OMG Big BRotHer!).

the only con I can think of would be the negative impact on the environment caused by the increased condomage.
