Vizio is known for having a cheap product with great picture..
But after reading Chit CHat, you shouldn't buy one. You don't have the money. 8/19/2008 7:54:18 AM |

I've got a 42" vizio and a 47" both LCD and have had no problems with either. Love them both. I bought mine at sams. For the price you cannot beat them. 8/19/2008 8:12:15 AM |

Thanks for the advice man, no, it really helped out in making the decision. I'll just get a smaller cheaper one now. I need a tv in my room, for news and other stuff I like. I guess I was just wanting the biggest and the best.
thanks again 8/19/2008 10:15:24 AM |

You should buy a used CRT HDTV. CRT's are very good quality and in most cases better than LCDs. A bitch to move though. You can find use 32" for $250-$350. So just borrow a hand truck from the dorm, and get a friend and move it.
That is assuming you care about HDTV and still want one.

^ Yea I had one it was a 27" sony trinitron. And it was heavy as shit and awkward to carry and move. I had to sell it because I didn't have room in my car for it when I came back to school. I thought that I might have space if I got the same size tv but just a lcd flat panel. I move 3 times a year and it's just a pain to move it.
